Separate sphere of our company activity is representation of clients` interests in courts of general jurisdiction, arbitral courts and reference tribunals of the Russian Federation.

We have got experience of judicial proceedings with participation of foreign citizens in arbitral courts of all instances, The International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Experience of decision fulfillment ensuring of foreign state and reference tribunals on the territory of Russian Federation.

When representing our clients` interests in a conflict situation we always take into account the fact that the best way of dispute resolution is achievement of agreement between interested parties.

The head of the practice is managing partner Olga Romanova.

     Organization of activity on ensuring of court decisions execution and on debts collection is accomplished by the partner Sergey Ivanov. When doing work on debts return we apply an integrated approach according to the given situation (circumstances of the debt emergence, personal characteristics of the creditor and the debtor, reputation on the market, existence of conditions towards other creditors etc.).
