1999-2004- as a legal counsel headed a law department of one of the AgroHolding companies (Kursk) and the legal service department of EkoNiva Company (Moscow).
Since 2004 – Managing partner of RATUM Law Group.
Realizes consulting on the questions of corporative structuring of holdings, optimization of taxing, establishment and legal support of the company`s work with foreign investments, legal support of investment projects in agricultural business.
Membership. Member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Member of the Corporative Secretaries’ Club of the Russian Institute of Directors.
Member of the All-Russia Organization of Small and Medium Business ‘Opora Rossii’ (Russia’s Support).
Arbitrates in the Court of Arbitration in the Kursk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Publications. She co-authored Paragraph-by-Paragraph Commentary and Practice of Federal Law ‘On Turnover of Agricultural Lands’ published in Russian and English under the aegis of the RF State Duma in the project of the ‘German-Russian Agrarian and Political Dialogue’.
Author of articles published in specialized business magazines- issues on the questions of legal business development, problems and practice of use of corporate, fiscal, land law.
