On 1st – 2d December was held in Moscow International Law Congress “Law and Modernization: experience, prospects and trends”. The congress was organized by Russian agency of legal and judicial information (RALJI) in conjunction with RIA Novosti, Association of Russian lawyers was the general strategic partner and Association of graduates of international program – fellowships Ford Foundation.

On 24-25th of November in Moscow was held in Moscow was held 5th International Conference IBA “Law firm management”.
The conference was attended by more than 180 lawyers and attorneys of legal service market in Russia, representatives of leading law firms CIS countries, international law firms.
In this session was discussed the use of social networking for promotion of law firms. During discussion will attempt to answer the following questions:
1.What does the law firms is using of social networks?
2.Do the sophisticated buyers of legal serviced pay attention to these tools?

On 6th of October the Supreme Court of Arbitration of Russia was decided №SCA-9939/11, according to which the SCA was considered legal norm basic conditions of debt restricting agricultural producers, approved by government regulation of Russian Federation from 30.01.2003, №52 “On the implementation of Federal Law On the financial recovery of Agricultural producers (hereinafter)” – The “basic terms” which prohibits debt restricting on insurance payments on obligatory pension insurance.

From 29 September to 1st October in Soschi was held Law Forum “Uga Rossii”.
The Forum was attended by more than 30 law firms from different countries regions of Russia and abroad.
Managing partner of Law group “Ratum” Olga Romanova was a co-moderator of section “The potential of Russian agriculture and its implementation”. The role of lawyers and business consultants together with the managing partner of law firm “Ug” Yuri Pustovit.

Working group is created by order of Kursk governor, whose purpose of activity is providing timely and quality of local government activities for the recognition of property rights to the unclaimed land for local governments.
Headed by Alexander Zubarev (Leader of work group). The working group included:
 Gnezdilov Viktor Vladimirovich – Deputy Prime Minister of Kursk region, the President of property committee of Kursk region (Deputy Head of working group);
 Amelyanchik Oleg Aleksandrovich – Chairman of Land and Legal Fund of Kursk region;

On 23 of August 2011 on web site of Ministry of agriculture was published draft order “On approval of administrative regulations execution Federal Service for Veterinary and Phitosanitary supervision of the state function for the implementation of state land control in respect of agricultural and use in land settlements”. http://www.mcx.ru/documents/document/show/16802.298.htm – for the independence and anti-corruption expertise.

 On 25^th of January was signed the cooperation agreement of Law group “Ratum” with international corporation “SMOLENCEV & Partners”. The field of cooperation includes above all, the provision of services to enterprise of agro industrial complex, including Russian and foreign breeding companies.
