Due to specifity of economical development of Central Chernozem region, one of priority areas in the sphere of property comes the complex legal support of transactions with agricultural land.

The head of practice is Igor Shapovalov. The specialists of practice represent interests and protect rights of Russian and foreign clients in terms of acquisition, ownership and disposal of property, and also they fulfil support of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it.

During the period from 2004 to 2010 legal support of transactions on acquisition and registration of the rights to the agricultural land was accomplished on the territory of Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Orenburg regions. The specialists of the company have fulfilled the work on registration of the rights to more than 200`000 hectares of agricultural land.

Supporting the clients` activity, RATUM fulfilled legal support of transactions on acquisition of real estate objects of industrial function on the territory of Belgorod, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kirov, Kursk, Moscow, Orel, Smolensk, Tambov, Tula regions.

  • Assessment of legal condition of registration of rights to the agricultural land, including land which is in actual possession, use and disposal of existing agricultural organizations, also of kolkhoz and former state farms, revealing of legal and other risks, making of recommendations and plan of action on their elimination;
