Since July 2009 the program «System of affordable legal support to entities of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in Kursk region» has been functioning on the territory of Kursk region.
The creators of this program are: Sverdlov regional branch «OPORA ROSSII», Union of small and medium-sized business of Sverdlov region, Russian Chamber of Rights.
On the territory of Kursk region the head of the program implementation is Kursk regional department of All-Russian non-governmental organization of small and medium-sized business «OPORA ROSSII».

The coordinator of the program realization is OOO «RATUM» Law Group». The manager of the project «Legal support of small and medium-sized business» is S.V. Ivanov.
The purposes of the program:
1.Creation of conditions for lending Kursk region entities of small business affordable qualitative legal assistance;
2.Monitoring of breaches of rights of business entities;
3.Assistance to development of small and medium-sized business in Russia;
4.Elaboration of effective ways of qualitative development of market of legal service which lets set high standards of providing legal service, suppress dishonesty of market participants toward competitors and legal service consumers.
How is it possible to get affordable legal support of high quality?
Entities of small and medium-sized business fulfilling their activity on the territory of Kursk region have a right to turn to legal help to any of legal firms which are included in the program «The system of affordable legal support for entities of small and medium-sized business of Kursk region». The legal union undertakes to provide support on the following conditions:
a) free oral initial consultations on legal questions in the mode «question-answer», for fulfillment of which preliminary (additional) preparation is not demanded;
b) consultations which demand preliminary preparation and analysis, including examination of regulatory acts, court practice, special literature, preparing of written legal certificates, conclusions, suits, petitions with 5% discount from the prices (rates) set in legal firms for rendering of such service;
c) consultations which demand preliminary preparation and analysis with 10-20% discount from the prices (rates) set in legal firms –Program partners, for partners of the organization «OPORA ROSSII», for organizations members- Program partners if showing membership card or another document proving membership in the mentioned organizations.
The free legal consultation is given at the primary reference, at the repeated reference the certificate is given which gives a chance to get a discount on legal service and confirms being of the entity of small and medium-sized business under legal protection.
Registration and issue of certificates are fulfilled by Limited liability company «RATUM» Law Group».
